1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using THRDDR ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Service Description

THRDDR is a multi-source discussion analysis tool that fetches publicly available data from platforms including Reddit, X (Twitter), Hacker News, Product Hunt, and other sources. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze discussions and generate insights, ideas, and recommendations.

Important: All outputs generated by the Service are AI-generated and provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. The outputs do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or any other form of advice.

3. Platform Terms Compliance

By using the Service, you agree to comply with the Terms of Service and API Terms of Use of all platforms from which data is fetched (including Reddit, X, Hacker News, and others). You acknowledge that:

• The Service only accesses publicly available content
• You will not use the Service to violate any platform's terms or policies
• You will not use the Service for harassment, spam, or any malicious purposes
• You are responsible for your own compliance with applicable laws and regulations

4. User Accounts and API Keys

The Service offers a "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) option where you may provide your own API keys for LLM providers and/or platform API access. When you provide API keys:

• Your API keys are encrypted using industry-standard encryption (AES-256-GCM) before storage
• API keys are never logged or exposed in plain text
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own API keys
• You agree to the terms of service of the respective API providers
• You are solely responsible for any charges incurred through your API keys

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Engage in any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity
• Automate access to the Service (bots, scripts, scrapers) beyond normal use
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code of the Service
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity, or provide false or misleading information
• Circumvent any rate limits, security measures, or access controls
• Use the Service to compete directly with THRDDR without authorization

6. Cached Content and Idea Database

To improve the Service and provide value to our community:

• Cached analyses may be stored to reduce redundant API calls and improve response times
• Generated product ideas and insights may be anonymized and displayed in our public idea database
• No personally identifiable information is associated with publicly displayed content
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute anonymized analysis results and generated ideas

7. Credits and Payment

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and packages at any time with reasonable notice. Unused credits do not expire unless your account is terminated.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding, is and will remain the exclusive property of THRDDR and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of applicable jurisdictions.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, unless expressly permitted by law or with our prior written consent.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. However, by using the Service, you grant us the licenses described in Section 6 regarding cached content and the idea database.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or prior notice, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Use
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of applicable fees
• At our sole discretion for any reason

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including, but not limited to, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless THRDDR, its operators, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association, or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and THRDDR regarding the use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements between you and THRDDR relating to the subject matter herein.
